City Manager Dave Brennan says what the proposal is intended to address.
The Nevada City Council, which took up the proposal Wednesday (July 25) plans a study session on the issue. No date has been set yet. Nevada City officials say Grass Valley approved a measure regulating camping and sleeping in the city, and that Nevada City lacks such regulations.
