It seems having pictures of cute animals around makes you a more productive worker. These animal pictures should be of baby animals. Pictures of cute adult animals won’t have the same effect.
The research was done in Japan. Apparently cute baby animals are really effective at getting people to work harder there.
I guess the only time I’ve been around a picture of a cute baby animal was one poster that had a kitten hanging on to a roll of toilet paper that said, “Hang In There Baby”. The only thing that picture made me do faster was get out of the room . . . . . . .
