A Nevada City man is under arrest after deputies search him when he was found to be on probation. Nevada County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Paul Schmidt says deputies went to a Burjer Road home Thursday. The Lieutenant says when deputies confronted 33 year old Daimen Patterson they quickly searched him and found suspected drugs.

Lieutenant Schmidt says Patterson was found to have the suspected drugs and a methamphetamine pipe in his pocket. Patterson was on probation for a prior drug offense.
