Three Law Enforcement agencies went to a home on Pine Cone Circle on Friday. Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal says The U.S. Marshal along with the CHP and Sheriff’s Deputies went to the home looking for 25 year old Andrew Stewart. The Sheriff says Stewart was found by the CHP K-9 hiding in the home.
Stewart was wanted for assault with a deadly weapon on a Buena Park police officer. The fugitive was booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional facility.
