A Nevada County Sheriff’s Officer on routine patrol witnessed a white Cadillac pull a rolling “California Stop” at the stop sign at Rough and Ready Highway and Bitney Springs Rd just after midnight Thursday. A traffic stop was inititiated. The driver, 52 year old Donald Dugan admitted that he was driving on a suspended license for a failure to appear in court violation. The officer asked Dugan to step out of the vehicle and a search of the vehicle produced some alleged drug related items

Dugan was taken into custody for driving on a suspended license and suspected possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.
