The Sheriff is warning local residents about a scam involving resurfacing driveways. Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal says a local resident on North Meadow View Drive was approached over the weekend about having his driveway coated with a black driveway repair product. The Sheriff says the bill for the job was sixteen hundred dollars. The Sheriff says the victim noticed a problem when he drove on the driveway later that day.
