A ‘No Drone Zone’ proposed ordinance was taken under submission and no  ruling was issued in Nevada County Superior Court today. Attorney Lorraine Reich who supports putting limits on drones says they presented their proposed No Drone Zone ordinance to the County Council and Elections office, but instead of approving it, they took it to court.

The county’s argument is that proponents of the ordinance lack jurisdiction over the issue, because the Federal Aviation Administration controls all of the airspace.
