County CEO Rick Haffey also confirms that the action follows allegations that the county received .

Haffey says he’s not aware that an arrest has been made or charges filed, and at this time there is no reason to change Supervisor Lamphier’s status on the Board.

Terry Lamphier lost his bid to be re-elected to District 3 Supervisor in June and is a candidate for one of the two open seats on the Grass Valley City Council in the November 4th election.
Salivar says the investigation is ongoing.
