The Nevada County Public Health Department is seeking pubic input through a Community Health Assessment. County residents have the option to take a paper-based survey or an online version. Interim Public Health Director, Jill Blake, says the survey will provide a look at the status of health in the community.

This year the survey is being offered in both a paper-based option or online. The paper based survey is the same length, but appears to be longer.

Along with the survey, Public Health is also planning to meet with community groups to get additional data.
