Representatives of the proposed Dollar General Store to be built in Alta Sierra will be presenting an update on their development plans this evening. Alta Sierra Property Owners Association president Julie Siegenthaler says they are not hosting the event.

The Developer is expected to roll out a number of changes based on the feedback they received during public comment at the March 11 Planning Administrator’s meeting .

It’s anticipated the Developer will propose removing access to the store from Little Valley Road which will result in less grading and also to put more landscaping on that side of the building.
The Dollar General Store development site is off of Alta Sierra Drive in the shopping area below the Gas Station.
