Small business owners and those who want to start a small business can get some valuable information about business plans and financial advice, and can get it for free. The Sierra Economic Development Corporation is holding two Small Business Accelerator workshops this week, one in Auburn and one in Placerville…
SED Corp President and C-E-O Randy Wagner says the event is most of the day in what he calls a two-by-two format. There’s one two hour panel discussion in the morning, followed by a working lunch, and then a two-hour panel discussion in the afternoon. Wagner says they’ve had these workshops in the past, but this year, it’s a little different…
One workshop is in Auburn tomorrow (Tuesday), and there’s another one in Placerville on Thursday. Both are from 9 to 2:30pm at City Hall. Wagner says you can just show up, but it’s best to register ahead of time (You can call SED Corp at 823-4703).
